Cutting components are manufactured from high carbon steel hardened to HRC 59 for long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance. Users can quickly swap two working heads without screwdrivers or extra tools: a bypass pruning head ideal for twig trimming, fruit thinning and soft new growth cuts, and a serrated pruning saw designed for slicing through thicker woody branches. The cutting head assembly rotates to adjust working angle, making it simple to reach sideways and inward canopy growth in cramped tree interiors. A built-in catch tab holds cut segments to stop detached branches from falling freely.

Rigid yet lightweight aluminum tubing forms the extendable shaft, keeping total weight controlled to reduce fatigue during prolonged overhead work.
