The 205mm curved cutting blade is forged from high carbon steel and processed with full heat treatment to reach HRC59 ±1° hardness. This thermal processing reinforces the blade’s structural rigidity to avoid bending, twisting or edge deformation under frequent heavy cutting pressure. The smooth curved edge hooks grass stalks, weeds and crop stems firmly during pulling motions to prevent slipping and produce clean, tear-free slices. A uniform anti-corrosion coating covers the entire blade surface, resisting rust triggered by mud, dew and long-term outdoor exposure to keep the edge sharp season after season. The whole cutting edge can be sharpened all the way to the blade tip for extended service life, while double rivets tightly lock the blade to the aluminum shaft to eliminate wobbling during operation.

Built with hollow aluminum tube construction, the full 400mm overall length offers balanced cutting leverage without extra arm burden.
