SB502 Sickle

The SB502 hand sickle is designed for long-duration outdoor agricultural work, differentiated from wooden-handle sickles by its lightweight aluminum shaft construction to cut overall fatigue during repeated field cutting tasks. Its crescent curved blade profile delivers efficient sweeping slicing for lawn trimming, manual weeding, crop harvesting, and clearing tangled weeds along fence lines, orchard rows and small farm plots.

The 205mm curved cutting blade is forged from high carbon steel and precision heat-treated to HRC59 hardness. This rigorous thermal processing prevents bending, warping and blade deformation under frequent heavy cutting pressure, maintaining stable rigidity for long-term use. The curved edge naturally hooks grass and weed stalks to prevent slipping while cutting, generating clean uniform cuts. A protective anti-rust coating is applied across the blade surface, resisting corrosion from mud, dew, soil moisture and seasonal outdoor exposure. The blade edge can be sharpened all the way to the tip for economical repeated resharpening to extend service life. Riveted assembly firmly locks the blade to the aluminum pole for solid structural stability under continuous cutting force.

The main shaft adopts hollow aluminum tube material, making the whole tool lighter than traditional solid wooden-handle sickles to reduce arm strain during large-area weeding or harvesting work. The full total length reaches 400mm for comfortable leverage during sweeping cutting motions.
